Money exchanged at any reservation, made via this form or after, is for Kylie Noble's time only. There is no intent to perform illegal activities, and none will be permitted to occur. If you suggest that the money exchanged is for illegal services, then your reservation will be terminated. Kylie reserves the right to decline appointments as she deems necessary. If you contact Kylie by phone or email, such contact constitutes your acceptance, electronically, of this agreement. Additionally, such contact constitutes your acceptance, electronically, of Kylie's cancellation and deposit policies. Failing to abide by these policies may result in legal action. Kylie Noble shall not, under any circumstances, be held liable for direct, indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising during time spent with or through connection with Kylie. These terms are material to Kylie's agreement to see you, and Kylie would not see you without your agreement to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must indicate so in writing. These terms cannot be modified in any way except by a written agreement signed by Kylie Noble.

Deposit Policy

Deposits are always required to book with me.

A 25% deposit is required to finalize your reservation.

A 50% deposit to finalize FMTYs and dates 6 hours or longer

Deposits are non-refundable. I will return it if I have to cancel.

Deposits are done through one of the following options: Cashapp (with bitcoin or cash), a gift card of my choice (sent to KylieNoble@proton.me), or Venmo (as long as you cover their fee).

Please leave any notes blank. Including date information is grounds for date cancelation.

This policy is non-negotiable.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel within 48 hours of our date but would like to be seen in the future, please be ready to pay a cancellation fee.

Reach out to me to determine what this will be, typically between $200-$1000, depending on the length of the date you booked. If you reschedule a date within the next 4 weeks, a portion of the cancellation fee will apply to that session.

If you no call, no show, I will just not see you again. I may consider it if you give me and my cats all a cancellation fee. By the way, I have two cats.

If I must cancel our date for any reason, you will either have the option of a full refund of your deposit or apply it to a future date. This policy is non-negotiable.
